My journey to founding Mila Balance & Growth was born from years in the corporate world, witnessing how high-pressure environments can quietly overwhelm the nervous system. Today, I combine that professional background with expertise in trauma-sensitive yoga, art therapy, breathwork, tapping techniques to support your transition from fatigue to sustainable energy. We provide a safe, grounded space for healing and growth, offering guidance in English, Dutch, and Ukrainian to support our diverse community in the Netherlands.
