My mission is to equip people with practical tools to return contact with yourself, regulate stress, restore energy and build resilience, through simple, evidence-based methods that fit into daily life.

I focus on work that creates real impact—helping people improve how they live and work, not just how they perform. And helping the ones in need means a lot to me, volunteering, charity projects. So, we build better, happier ourselves, bring positive change in our communities and world.

Growth

I believe in continuous development. Growth is a passion of my life and I consider that it is a solution of many issues. Because issue usually is about not knowing something. I challenge you to constant growth!

I believe that life is much nicer and happier to make a contribution to the place, people where it is needed the most.

I love to create for you something specialy tailored to your needs, programs that supports you the best. And I love to use creative tools like art to boost reselience, decrease stress, improve effectiveness.

I’m Mila, founder of Mila Balance & Growth

I help individuals, teams, and organisations manage stress, restore energy, and build resilience through practical, science-informed mind–body approaches.

Originally from Ukraine, I have been living and working in the Netherlands for the past 10 years.  I know on my own experience that moving to live abroad is not the same as going to vacation - it's turbulent, tranformative period, when you need to reinvent yourself. 

Today, I work with a diverse range of clients — from professionals and private individuals to teams and organisations. Many of the people I support are capable and committed, but operate under sustained pressure, often without the time or tools for self regulation and hence without ability to successfully adapt to stressors.

Through workshops, trainings, and sessions I provide structured and accessible techniques that help participants to:

  • regulate stress and reduce mental overload

  • connect with the body

  • improve focus, clarity

  • restore energy, prevent burnout

  • develop resilience in demanding environments

  • to integrate new healthy tools, habbits into their routine

My approach is practical, grounded, and adaptable to different contexts — from corporate settings and academic environments to individual support. The focus is on tools that can be realistically applied within busy schedules and integrated into everyday routines.

In addition to my professional work, I support initiatives for Ukrainian refugees and contribute to projects focused on mental health support for children affected by war, donating 10 % of my profit.
