BURNOUT PREVENTION AND STRESS REGULATION
FOR TEAMS
PRACTICAL WELLBEING SESSIONS FOR EMPLOYEES WHO ARE UNDER PRESSURE
In many organisations, employees are carrying high levels of pressure. They attend meetings, answer emails, support clients, meet deadlines and try to stay professional even when their energy is already low.
Stress does not always look dramatic. It can look like low energy, irritability, difficulty focusing, emotional fatigue, poor sleep.
My sessions help employees recognise stress earlier, understand their personal warning signs and learn practical tools to reset during the day.
The focus is simple: less pushing through and more awareness, self-regulation and sustainable energy.
HOW I SUPPORT COMPANIES AND ORGANISATIONS
I offer practical online and in-person wellbeing sessions for companies, NGOs, international organisations and teams.
My work combines burnout-prevention education with body-based self-regulation tools such as breathing, attention reset, gentle tapping, reflection, journaling and short energy reset practices.
The sessions are not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat burnout. The aim is to give tools to prevent it and help employees regulate themselves when it is necessary, feel calmer, more focused and more productive.

BURNOUT-PREVENTION PROGRAMME
A structured programme for employees who need practical tools, reflection and sustainable habits.
Across three sessions, participants learn to recognise stress earlier, regulate their nervous system and create a personal burnout-prevention plan. Form: lecture + guided practical reset exercises.
Recommended break between sessions: 1-2 weeks. Employees will get small hometasks to integrate new tools during the break time. And at the end of the programme, each one will get own set of tools which works the best, what works for one, does not work for another. So, actually spending daily small time on homework is very effective - they try on themselves all the tools and create own set at the end which is the most efficient for them. And knowing all the possibilities will help them later to orient which one to use in the future and to create a new set, which can be more relevant then.
The programme is practical, clear and suitable for online international teams.
Best for: companies with employees under ongoing pressure, teams in demanding roles, international organisations, HR wellbeing programmes and employee support initiatives
Recommended break between sessions: 1-2 weeks
Programme structure:
Session 1: Recognise
Understanding stress, burnout signals and personal warning signs. Homework.
Session 2: Reset
Learning practical self-regulation tools such as breathing, attention reset, gentle tapping and short body-based exercises. Homework.
Session 3: Prevent

-
recognise early signs of stress and exhaustion
-
understand how stress affects the body and mind
-
pause before stress becomes overwhelming
-
use short breathing, attention reset and self-regulation tools
-

WHY THIS APPROACH WORKS
My approach works because it helps people experience calm in the body, not only understand stress in the mind.
In every session employees learn tools they can use during a workday to release tension, regulate their nervous system and restore focus.
I combine breathing, gentle movement, self-awareness and tapping so the session is practical, accessible and easy to repeat after the workshop.
Some methods I use, including tapping, have been positively researched for stress-related outcomes, including anxiety and physiological stress markers.
The goal is not therapy but a quick professional reset that helps teams return to clarity, energy, high performance and productivity.
WHY THIS MATTERS FOR HR AND MANAGERS
Burnout prevention is not only about individual wellbeing. It also affects energy, focus, communication, motivation and sustainable performance.
When employees are under pressure, the productivity significantly decrease. Early support helps create a culture where employees can notice stress signals earlier, use practical tools and take small recovery steps before tiredness becomes more serious.
These services can support your organisation by:
-
giving employees practical self-regulation tools
-
increasing awareness around stress and recovery
-
supporting resilience
-
encouraging healthier work habits
-
contributing to a more sustainable wellbeing culture
-
showing employees that their wellbeing matters
